Main Activities & Responsibilities


  • Develop, implement, and share metrics about quality, performance and outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate results & insights to other key executives & stakeholders.
  • Measure performance & identify improvements.
  • Provide regular monthly and yearly reporting.
  • Manage scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
  • Analyze and validate findings, creating reports, presentations, and visualizations.

Analysis and Insight

  • Evolve capabilities from reporting to insight to action.
  • Deliver actionable insight by interpreting and predicting business trends using combinations of data and statistical modelling; for example forecasting sales, funnel performance and their key drivers.

Technology and Process

  • Identify business technology, process needs & improvements opportunities.
  • Implement analytical tools and solutions to support the Digital & Direct Sales activity as well as the different segments.
  • Implement the right tools & architecture to extract the relevant campaign data for marketing decision-making and selling opportunities.

Channels and Actions Knowledge

  • Define and track performance metrics to show ROI as well as customer behaviour.
  • Follow one action, through one channel, during a period, towards a target systematically linked to performance KPIs.
  • Use all available information sources to provide the right feedback on customer brand and purchase experience.
  • Develop recommendations and the correct technology to help partners/stakeholders capture the most critical, actionable data to achieve their objectives.
  • Aggregate data across all marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Social, Email etc

Budget and Costs

  • Build with the segments & marketing teams the yearly target & costs tool.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on marketing channels and insight on how to improve budget efficiency linked to ROI.


  • Maintain deep domain knowledge in core areas of responsibility to ensure my client remains on the cutting-edge as technology evolves.
  • Deliver elegant and innovative solutions to business problems.


  • Spend time working with users to define their reports’ needs, how frequently, what KPIs, etc.
  • Share initiatives, best practices, problems & resolutions, knowledge in order to encourage results & innovation.
  • Be responsible for creating the right environment to ensure everybody’s involvement.
  • Optimize the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Help non-technical people understand how to use the systems and ensure they are used properly.
  • Close work with the Customer Data team.

Functional and Technical Competencies

  • The required person has experience practising advanced analytics and data manipulation.
  • Full understanding of defining, extracting, creating and analyzing data.
  • They must also be a highly organised professional who pays strong attention to detail in their daily tasks.
  • Hands on mentality, able to work in a matrix, able to manage diversity.
  • Effectively works with a vast array of information and copes with rapidly changing information.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experiences (and any other requirements)

  • 1-2 years proven experience practising advanced analytics and data manipulation
  • Ability to generate meaningful insights from data
  • SAS / SPSS or relevant statistical modelling tool desired
  • SQL, across any database environment (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Very strong Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, graphics) and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience of Tableau desired
  • Experience in web analytics measurement tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Attribution modelling experience desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field e.g. Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics or equivalent
  • Highly organised professional that pays strong attention to detail in their daily tasks.
  • Effectively works with a vast array of information and copes with rapidly changing information.
  • English bilingual mandatory, 2nd language (ES, FR or DE) desired.
