A unique opportunity for an experienced digital paid media specialist to join an exciting Agency based in Winchester. You will be a self-starter, experienced at managing multiple projects at any time and the ability to transform my client’s uses platforms such as Facebook. You will be a passionate and creative digital marketing guru with a genuine interest in audience targeting and optimization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the setting up, launching, monitoring and reporting on digital media campaigns across a selection of platforms
  • Supporting the Department Head with the paid media strategy e.g ad copy, ad optimization and audience targeting
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders e.g media agency and in-house design teams
  • To drive new initiatives and identify improvements to campaign performance and optimization
  • Develop digital campaign plans and working within agreed budgets
  • Budget management

Essential experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years within a similar, specialist role ideally gained in a B2B environment (although not essential)
  • Proven experience within paid social and demand generation best practises
  • An excellent communicator, both written and oral, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and develop good working relationships with internal and external contacts
