A unique opportunity for an experienced digital paid media specialist to join an exciting Agency based in Winchester. You will be a self-starter, experienced at managing multiple projects at any time and the ability to transform my client’s uses platforms such as Facebook. You will be a passionate and creative digital marketing guru with a genuine interest in audience targeting and optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the setting up, launching, monitoring and reporting on digital media campaigns across a selection of platforms
- Supporting the Department Head with the paid media strategy e.g ad copy, ad optimization and audience targeting
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders e.g media agency and in-house design teams
- To drive new initiatives and identify improvements to campaign performance and optimization
- Develop digital campaign plans and working within agreed budgets
- Budget management
Essential experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years within a similar, specialist role ideally gained in a B2B environment (although not essential)
- Proven experience within paid social and demand generation best practises
- An excellent communicator, both written and oral, with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and develop good working relationships with internal and external contacts
