  • Promoting company’s data protection policies
  • Ensuring communications and data management practices are compliant
  • Promoting marketing data management practices and automatic marketing techniques within the community
  • Identifying improvements and efficiency in relation to marketing data, solutions and processes
  • Stakeholders management

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Understanding of B2B lead/funnel models and how data is used in the B2B sector
  • Experience in marketing automation/ operations and CRM systems
  • Competence in CRM work-flows (Eloqua/Salesforce ideally)
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Knowledge of outbound email communications policies
  • Ability to build engagement within the marketing community
  • Working knowledge of automated marketing techniques
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to details and highly organised
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a flexible approach to tasks
